Thank you for your commitment to SITE Midwest. We appreciate your support and are looking forward to a fun and successful Forum at Sandals Royal Curaçao. The event is specifically designed to give you the opportunity to get to know buyers in a relaxed and intimate setting. We intentionally design the program so sponsors will have the opportunity to connect with each buyer in attendance - more details coming soon.

1) Registration for 1 attendee at 2025 SITE Midwest Forum

Experience-based auction item required*

  • Inclusions:​

    • Roundtrip airport transfers on main arrival and departure dates, provided by Sandals Resorts

  • Note: You are responsible for your flight and all-inclusive accommodations at the special rate of $375/night (single)
     

2) Your company logo promoted on:

  • SITE Midwest’s website

  • SITE Midwest’s social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) throughout all Forum coverage (pre, during, and post);
    Note: Includes tagging of your company and individual social accounts

*Auction Item Requirements

All sponsors must provide an auction item valued at $1,500+ to be sent by April 1, 2025. Auction item should be reflective of your brand and the experience you want to showcase to SITE Midwest buyers. Examples include: 3-night all-inclusive resort stay; Roundtrip airfare for 2 to any destination; Roundtrip transportation and excursion package; etc. SITE Midwest reserves the right to combine donations to create packages.
